This class is designed to help participants develop awareness of their own physical, energetic, and mental/emotional state. This awareness helps them to find the path of health that works best for them. To adapt the postures to benefit the abilities of the students and offer modifications for many of the postures, or as needed.

Class moves slowly into and out of postures moving the joints and stretching, toning, and strengthening muscles. Each class includes breathing exercises, posture exercises, and relaxation techniques.

 

No previous experience needed.

Classes meet on the following Thursdays in August:
