Garden Club Beautifies Clubhouse Back Wall

The 'Back Wall' Garden Club Committee posed for a photo before the July Garden Club meeting. A big thank you to Sandra Laurie, Lucy Coburn, Diane Chapin, Carmela Ferraro, Christine Kovaly and Clare Mathiasen (not in photo) for all of their hard work, time and dedication to this 1.5 year project.

"The very old shrubs were removed by Turf Master and replaced by Pat's Landscaping, and stones were added to replace the old mulch. Both Mark and Nicole were wonderful to work with," said Garden Club Chair Diane Chapin. "There were lots of meetings with the Committee as well as letters and planning, including several set backs. I also thank the Board of Trustees, Buildings and Grounds, and the assistance of Lin Kolesa pushing things through. A big shout out of thanks to Tom Behrens, who has always supported our Committee."

The Garden Club is always looking for ways to beautify our community. They are always looking for new members.
